ALL IN for Team Bayer

ALL IN: HR Visual Identity

Inspired by the colleague-led movement across Bayer, “ALL IN” is a commitment to our people and our mission. As Bayer continues to transform, HR is evolving itself — moving from a collection of separate programs to one connected experience serving our employees so it’s easier to grow their skills and impact. The “ALL IN” identity carries that message in a simple, flexible phrase, "ALL IN for ...," which can be filled with any outcome, group, or value while always pointing back to the same idea: We're “ALL IN” to grow everyone’s potential to make an impact.

What Does “ALL IN” Mean in the Context of HR Positioning

In HR, the “ALL IN” approach fosters a unified identity that aligns with our future-focused narrative. It ensures that visuals, messaging, and assets work in harmony, creating a cohesive communication experience. Whether it's a market team's presentation or a global update, every piece resonates as part of the same connected story, rather than a series of disjointed messages. This consistency enhances our brand identity and strengthens our commitment to a collaborative and engaging workplace culture.

HR Visual Identity Expression

Below you can find the core building blocks of the “ALL IN” visual identity. Together, they create a consistent, recognizable look and feel you'll see across HR materials. The gallery alongside shows examples of each element in action, and the actual files and templates live in the Toolkit and Media Pool linked in the sidebar (see right).

Animated Mark

The animated mark expands the identity with additional slashes that build outward, used to add energy and a sense of forward motion in animated graphics.

The multi-slash mark is for animation only. Extra slashes can extend right to balance left-aligned layouts or appear on the left and push the wordmark right to balance right-aligned layouts. Movement always runs left-to-right to reflect forward progress. On dark backgrounds, keep the wordmark on one of the variant colors so it stays readable.

FAQ

Yes. The system is built so anyone creating HR communications can apply it. Start with the ready-made templates in the Toolkit, drop in your content, and follow the simple rules on this page. You don't need design software or experience.

Use it for internal HR communications such as presentations, banners, documents, and updates that should feel part of the One HR story. Match your message to your audience, being specific for small internal updates and more aspirational for larger ones. If you're unsure whether something fits, check with olena.paul@bayer.com before publishing.

Follow the formula "ALL IN for ____" and always write ALL IN in capitals. Fill the blank with an outcome, a group of people, or a value, for example "ALL IN for skill development." Keep statements in a single solid color rather than blending them into the gradient.

Everything lives in the Toolkit and Playbook linked on this page, including marks, the color palette, graphic elements, and editable templates. If you need a format that isn't there, contact the team listed under Contact.

Stick to the approved colors and gradients and keep the slash in its original forward direction. The slash pattern should only be used in Word and PowerPoint, and graphic elements shouldn't overlap headlines or logos. There's flexibility within the system, often described as freedom within a frame, but these few rules keep everything consistent. See the Playbook for the full do's and don'ts.
