Minimum Deliverables

In addition to the final e-learning files (SCORM or AICC package), we also require further (source) files in order to be able to make small changes in the future. At very least, it is necessary to provide all source files developed in the course of the project.

File types and information that need to be provided:

• Authoring tool source file (e.g., cptx for Captivate)
• Description of the authoring tools and versions used
• WBT storyboard
• Definition and instructions on how to successfully complete the e-learning module including a question and answer sheet 
• Special settings within the tools that have been used
• Source files e.g., graphics, animations, … (e.g., .FLA, .PSD, .ID, …)
• Speaker scripts for audio, contact details of the speakers
• Storyboards for video
• Copyright information / credits / rights to media for external content (this information also needs to be provided in the WBT itself (e.g., imprint)
• Initial source content such as PowerPoint slide decks
• If applicable:
  • Translation scripts to support localization
  • Print version in source format
