Crop Protection Packaging Label Design Guide
The flexible design system supports a range of copy and content lengths while preserving the integrity of the core label design. The new second design option allows the addition of brand colors to the label.
Label design templates

The recommendation is to utilize the Code Design packaging templates, which are available for both design options and all product categories in several sizes and different requirements.
Color Application
Design A is based on an exclusive use of product category colors
The content area in product category color requires the placement of a reversed white version of the product logo.
Design B offers the optional use of brand colors
Brand colors can be used in gradients of two elements on the right side of the label. The white content area requires the placement of a full-color version of the brand logo.

Color coding for product line extensions
When multiple products exist within a category, the suffix color can be applied to the category gradient bar, providing a quick and clear visual distinction for each product extension.
Image Application
An image can be placed within the code element form on the right. When using an image, an optional dark gradient may be applied to the background to add contrast for the Code Lockup or weight to the composition.
To avoid conflicts with the Code Design concept, no graphics other than code elements should be added in this area.
Use of Bayer Cross in packaging

If the packaging format requires an Anchor with a Bayer Cross smaller than 10 mm in diameter, please use the single-color version of the Bayer Cross. The minimum size for the full-color Bayer Cross is 10 mm in diameter.
