My Learning Training Assignment Type

There are four assignment types in My Learning: 

  1. Compliance (LPC) (COMP (LPC))
    Purpose: for users to immediately recognize compliance training on their Learning Plan and for reporting purposes; therefore, it should only be used for legal compliance training (local or global).

  2. Required (REQ) 
    Purpose: for training that falls under the categories of GxP requirements, License-to-operate, or in case it is legally required.

  3. Developmental Assignments (DEV-ASSIGN) 
    Purpose: for training offerings connected to leadership and development.

  4. Optional (OPT) 
    Purpose: for training that does not fall under the aforementioned assignment types. Important note: Optional (OPT) training should be set up without a due date.

Each assignment type has a corresponding priority level. This allows learners to filter their assignments and prioritize compliance and required training.

  • LPC (Compliance)

  • REQ: Priority 1 (tied with LPC)

  • DEV-ASSIGN: Priority 2 

  • OPT: Priority 3
